    Please be careful of Roland J Downs. They charged us $300 for a $10 dollar part that took 10 min to install. Then also sent a sales representative to run interference on me asking questions to the tech.
    Next there were fittings that were still lose once they left causing leakage.
    Finally they said they cleaned the drainage line and lubricated parts and they didn't. All for $1k. Be careful.

    Tanner, Jonathan and Dan were amazing today servicing my disgusting oil burning furnace. I didn't realize how much I needed them until they showed me the before and after photos of all their hard work. They were beyond friendly, professional, and informative. I had a wonderful experience with them and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone new to being a homeowner!

    Just had Joe C, Jacob and Chris at my house cleaning the duct work and a newer filter for my heating system. I just moved here in 2021 and wasn't sure when it was last done. They arrived on time, were very professional and polite and very careful in my home. After the cleaning, we talked about what they'd cleaned out and when I should do it again. Cherie was my sales person and she was awesome as well. Have and will recommend this company and this service. I also thought they were reasonably priced for the service.

    I called with an emergency issue on a Saturday. I was able to talk to a real person and not an answering machine. Setup an appointment for the following Monday for the evening and they were able to show up earlier. Eddie the Salesman and the technician were honest and professional. within a week they were able to take care of the furnace, hot water tank, and water softener system. Rick SR. and Adam installed the water softener and were great. the next day Rusty, James, Kyle, and Justin removed the old furnace and hot water tank. Everything was finished within the day and they all were very professional and polite. walked me through every question I had and overall everyone involved really took care of us. Very heartfelt thank you to the company and everyone involved with the installation of our new heating system.

    I had and issue with my central air it wasn’t giving off hot air in this hot humid weather my coils keep on freezing up I had two techs came out and today is the third time that I had to call for someone to come back and see what’s the problem but I had the most amazing tech Micheal who’s has experience since 1995 he fixed everything that should of been done from the beginning he check everything and I rather have Micheal to do all my servicing needs for my central air. Micheal is not worth a five star he’s a 10.

    David and Clint did a good job. Communicated what went wrong and what needed to happen. Diagnosed our AC problems, fixed them, and quoted us on a possible replacement since our unit is nearing the end of its life.
