Roland J. Down Service Experts

I have been a customer of Roland J Downs since 2005 and I am always more than satisfied with each visit. I worked with Miles on my last A/C service appointment and he was great. He was very thorough and took the time to do a few extra things that were needed, as well as answer all of my questions. Will continue to use Roland J Downs in the future.

We are extremely happy with the service of Roland J Down. They installed a new water heater, furnace and air system. Brian was very helpful with the options available and was thorough with a complete explanation of what those options offered us. Ethan, Chris, and Ravin completely installed all equipment in one day. They were on time, respectful of our home, and walked us through the entire process. Everyone who we dealt with were professional and polite. I would highly recommend them for any service needed.

Sean Murphy and his assistant, Myles, we’re very informative and professional. They patiently answered all the questions I peppered them with. They provided a very realistic assessment of my A/C system which will be considered in making a decision as to whether or not to replace it.

I installed a booster pump for the holding tank to the house. I called for an emergency plumber because even though I installed it the way I was instructed it wasn’t working properly. When he finally got here he went down in the crawl space to check out my issue. He pulled the pressure release valve several times and told me I needed a new well pump. I accepted his referral and found out it would cost nearly $3000. This is without excavations and/or extra parts. He never opened the lid to my holding tank to see that it was full. Seeing that it was full, I realized there was no need for a well pump. Upon discovering this, I felt the man had taken advantage of me because I am a woman. I did some further investigation on my own to discover the parts I had installed were just not tight enough and I was taking in too much air. I will never recommend this company, ever.

Zach was on time and professional. Very respectful of our home. Took no shortcuts to ensure proper diagnosis of our problem on a very hot day. Thoroughly explained everything and made sure we were comfortable prior to leaving.

Project HVAC now complete!! I just want to thank George Meyer, my sales representative, for everything!! All his hard work planning and executing this project seamlessly just put me at ease!! I would also like to share my thanks and appreciation to Joe, Jack and Ernie in the service/technician department for all of their hard work as well!! They are all exceptional gentlemen, very knowledgeable, professional and truly the best of the BEST!! You have one heck of an A-Team in these men right here for sure!! We recently were in the market for a new furnace, and thank God we came across Roland J. Down and their associate/expert Cheri. Cheri came to the house to give us a quote within an hour of my call to inquire about a quote. She quickly gave me tons of details, explanations, and answered all my questions. The turnaround time is incredible, and the professionalism and courtesy is un-matched. Highly recommend.
