Dan was our sales consultant, very professional and knowledgeable. answered all our questions. The installation was performed by Kyle and Chris. These guys know their trade. Installation was on time and both Kyle and Chris were very neat and respectful of our property. Checked all the systems to ensure it was running at peak performance. Our service technician, Joshua K., was on time, efficient, pleasant and very professional. He did a great job with our yearly maintenance of our furnace and AC unit. Joshua was able to explain and show what needed replacement and the cost prior to making the repair. I would highly recommend Roland J. Down and would suggest the yearly maintenance plan.

Our A/C went down in the middle of a heat wave. Myles Townsend was sent out to service the unit. He found immediately that a family of mice had taken up housing in the unit. As a result, they chewed through wires. The needed part was not to be found for a quick fix. He was able to cut & splice all the wiring to get us up and running. Myles was so considerate and explained every step of the way what was going on. He also set us up with a low cost maintenance plan so that the systems can be routinely checked. Thank you, Myles! We appreciate your attention to detail.

The Plumbing guy who help us during our first big major problem as a homeowner. He helped me identify the problem immediately and didn’t hesitate to show me how it all works. Long story short my radiator literally popped open from pressure and leaked and destroyed our entire bedroom. He came when no one else did during an incredibly busy time. I didn’t catch his name but he made our first disaster as a homeowner seem so fixable and put us at ease during an incredibly stressful time. Highly recommend these guys!

We took a service contract for heating and AC after moving here and recently used plumbing services. I am totally satisfied and will stay a customer! I just edited this post to update. Today James G. came to service my AC. Not only was he friendly, quick and professional, he cleaned and polished our outside unit so it looks brand new! Thank you!

Cheri came out as we had no hot water. New tank is being installed in two days. Fast and efficient service and Cheri is the best!!!!!
