They always play games with the budget plans. As a propane customer of 6 years there is always a problem. No transparency in the billling, you sign a paper for a locked in rate and what you get charged is different every time. The woman who you talk to never has a straight answer, this is the last year we deal with them I do not recommend!

Family members received a lot of water with there oil delivery. Long is attempting to remedy the problem but is semingly struggling to straighten this out. Any oil company worth their salt, shouldn't have a problem solving this! Disappointing!
