Highly recommended and THANK YOU for saving the day. One phone call. and had a great conversation with Roger, VP at Long Energy, who had me set up for delivery in a few hours and installed remote monitoring. AWESOME SERVICE on the eve of a big snow/ice storm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially if you support local businesses!!

We were with another supplier who promised propane delivery between 1/26-2/1. No show 2/3/22. We were at 7% and heat over 6000+ sq ft. Couldn't get through to anyone local within the company (spoke to several reps in Ohio!!) and after 4 attempts on the phone to escalate it, finally was told that we were overscheduled and couldn't guarantee delivery. That was it for us. We're done.

This company installed the furnace in my home for the previous owner. Now that it has an issue and I do not get my oil from them they won't service it. Real great way to stand by your work. Stay Away!

They’ve been Servicing my grandparents house for 20+, their services are significantly more expensive than other oil companies around such as burrr oil. They’ve had their furnace Serviced every 6 months to one year. They were very on top of it. We had plans of changing our heating systems and had an hvac/heating specialist come and look at the furnace. We were told by the specialist that the furnace finding MAJOR problems. Problems that have been there since it was installed (in 1962 and is super well made one, thicker than anything that exists today). The issues were so bad that If it was a newer one it would have broke. The issues were obvious, and they never once told my grandparents that there were serious repairs needed. Also my grandparents were charged full service which includes cleaning the pipes out. Their last service in April 2021, but the pipes were filthy. According to the tags in the basement, apparently the last time they documented the cleaning was 2007! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I wholeheartedly believe that this company took advantage of my elderly grandparents. Stay away from this company, the most definitely take advantage.

The technician who arrived at my home was very professional and patient with all of my questions and he exceeded my expectations. With the fair pricing on both service and fuel, their slogan "Where Service Counts" encompasses the value they have for their customers. Thank you!

We have had a 15 year service and installation history with Long Energy. In that time, they have done all of our annual gas boiler inspections, cleanings and parts replacements (expansion tanks, thermostats, etc.), installed a mini-split AC unit, capped off an unused gas line and done extensive plumbing upgrades, removing old, original galvanized pipe and replacing. Every technician who has been at our house has been top notch, every job done with the greatest of professionalism and attention to detail. I have talked with many other homeowners in my neighborhood about their HVAC experiences and have always pointed them to Long. With so much mediocrity in service industries these days, it is comforting to know that in every way, Long Energy sticks to the basics: do the job right and customers will come back again and again.

Long Energy has been my go to heating and cooling service company for the last 18 years. Whether its a repair or replacement I know that I am getting quality service and a fair price. Looking forward to a continued professional relationship with Long Energy.

When we switched from an electric to a gas stove Long Energy was terrific at determining where the propane tank should go, installing the tank and hooking up the new range quickly and professionally. And when it turned out the burners weren't quite right someone from Long Energy came right away (even though it was the night before a holiday) to adjust the burners.

I wanted to share my positive experiences with Long Energy. This past weekend my oil furnace quit working, thankfully had enough space heaters to get by. Called the office Monday morning and spoke with very helpful woman (can’t remember her name) who courteously and efficiently took my info. Within a half hour the service technician named Luke arrived. Luke was very knowledgeable and courteous as he fixed the problem, all while explaining to me what he was doing and teaching me as a fairly new homeowner the basics of how my heating system works and how to maintain it. I have had nothing but good experiences with Long Energy regarding oil delivery, customer service, repairs and pricing. I have no reason to look anywhere else for my energy needs.
