I recently contacted Long Energy to get an estimate to replace my 35 year old oil boiler. Art was at my house within a few days and shortly thereafter I had an estimate for the work. Long's quote was very competitive and based on some recent experience with the company, I elected to move forward with the work. The work was completed in the estimated time and the workmanship and attention to detail are fabulous. The crew was pleasant, professional and very neat. My new installation is light years ahead of what I had. Thank you to Long Energy.

I recently moved and needed a fuel company to deliver my Fuel oil and Propane. I made a call to Long Energy and within a few days, I had my Fuel tank filled. I inquired about service for my furnace and generator and they hooked us right up. Tech was on time, friendly, and very thorough. Being a new home owner and never having the experience to get these things done, Long Energy Customer Service and Sales as well as Service, were extremely helpful and not pushy. We truly feel like we were treated like one of the Family. We will be calling to have our Central Air tune up done by Long Energy. A great experience all the way around.

I was a Long energy customer for 9 years and made the mistake to switching to John ray, a friend got me to switch with a killer price, everything went well until the next season I was kicked off their “friends and family” plan, had to push to get back on. We then ran out of propane in the middle of winter after not seeing a delivery truck for 2 MONTHS! With my 6 month old in the house. Again had to call and push and make waves again to get someone to come out. One thing after another I got extremely frustrated. Decided to reach out to Chris Long who responded to me promptly who also was grateful / flattered to take me back as a customer. Very professional and understood why I switched and also knew why I was reaching out again haha I want to say thank you to you Chris and long energy for being a great local business.

On Friday@12:15 I called Long Energy to schedule an appointment for replacing my hot water heater that was dripping.The lady on the phone transferred immediately to service and the next thing I knew I had 3 service trucks in my driveway and a delivery truck on the way with the heater The heater was installed and operating by 3:30.Thanks to all

Long Energy replaced our AC coils and hot water heater along with other plumbing repairs at our home. Their technicians always arrived on time and completed the work that was agreed upon in an efficient and professional manner. Could not be happier with the service we received!

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Switched companies recently and had their tanks removed. (Got locked in at a much better price) Never informed me they had a price capping program for 1.5 years up until I said I was switching. Also they were going to charge me $2.95 a gallon and it’s not even winter yet. Mind you I use almost 900 gallons a year. Both my 100 gallon tanks were about half full. Told them I wanted reimbursement for the fuel in the tanks. Gave me back significantly less than what I paid (they paid me just over a dollar a gallon) for the fuel I spent well over $2 a gallon on and sent me an invoice for picking their own tanks up when they told me it would be free just so it would offset the money they owed me and cut me a check for $5 for the 100ish gallons of propane I already paid for. I will never ever recommend this company and I will never go back. Absolutely shady business and people. I can’t even get any of the owners to call me or my wife back because they don’t want to deal with irate/upset customers.

The new company we switched too has treated us better in 2 weeks than these people have in over a year.

I have had Long Energy Service for at least a year and a half. I had some issues and they scheduled a service visit. They did service on things I didn't request and then charged me late fees on the servicing. I asked for a budget plan that ended up being about the same without being on a budget plan.
