Very happy with my purchase and experience with Team Duell.. Nate was on time Friday to investigate the issue with my hot water heater in the basement. Then we scheduled to replace it on Monday when two more team members arrived during the scheduled time with the replacement. Very professional and informative during replacing the hot water heater and answered all my questions.. And remove the old one as part of the installation.. Thank you so much Rick Duell and staff. You get my 5 stars.

They are quick to get there but you will pay for it. It cost about $440 just to have them check for a leak and they used no tools and were at the property for about 10 mins. Nice people but I would shop around before I called them unless it’s an absolute emergency.

We scheduled an appointment and sent pictures of where the shower was leaking. In the pictures that we reviewed with the owner prior it showed a tiled shower and tiled floor. Owner sent out his workers to stay for 5 minutes and tell us that they do not work on tile, waste of time, and then charged us $125 for the five minute visit! The owner should have stated his business doesn't work with tile. Spoke to owner afterwards about this and was yelled at and interrupted numerous times. Completely unprofessional!

5-star customer service from start to finish. After speaking with Rick to describe my bathroom plumbing issue, he set up the appointment, and Steve and Nate promptly took over as scheduled. Steve took the time to explain the repair at various points, and before they left, follow-up was offered if needed. These guys do great work.

They gave me several process of elimination tests to run before they came out and then likewise tried several solutions escalating to the final solution instead of jumping right to the highest solution. I’ve verbally recommended them ever since and I will use them again if need be. Highly recommended!

This company still provides REAL service in a time when this is not always the case. I placed calls and left messages on a Friday night to 4 companies. The owner of Duell Plumbing Rick called me back on a SUNDAY! The 3 other local big companies NEVER even called me back. Duell Plumbing help me with a service that was difficult, the tech Nate was compassionate and pleasant, there was an issue preventing completion of the service, Duell Plumbing offered to come back the following day with a new plan and completed the service above and beyond what they needed to do without fees. You won't find folks that will go the extra mile for you like those at Duell Plumbing!

We had a gas-fired water heater installed. The guys worked efficiently and quickly. The old unit was moved out and the new one in with no damage to floors or walls. Once installation was completed, I was shown the operation of the unit. All my questions were answered. They left the area spotless. I highly recommend Duell Plumbing and Heating.

I was very pleased with the service I received recently from Duell Plumbing. I had a needed a major drain pipe replaced due to corrosion. I received service on the same day I called and found the cost to be especially reasonable aside from very professional servicemen. Linda Gaida
