Taylor's off hour messaging service was the problem. THEY get a 1 star review! The same plumber came back to the house today & let me know they never recieved my message or "elevated responses" via chats that I was told (twice) were sent to Taylor. He found the issue with the shower & was able to repair it quickly. He also was able to get the whole house regulator replaced quickly and efficiently. He gets 5 stars for his response and work. IF Taylor can get their off hours response service straightened out, the rating will get raised.

*original review* Two technicians on site for yearly plumbing check. Some work was agreed to (& paid for in advance). Went to use the shower this morning and they broke the tub diverter for the shower so it no longer works! Called and left a message w/ company this AM that they haven't yet returned. Diverter was likely broken when technician slammed it when it didn't release right away after turning off the water. Not pleased with the service at this point.

My Mother contacted Taylor Heating and Cooling because her furnace was not providing heat. A repairman arrived and diagnosed the issue as being a faulty induced blower unit. She received an estimate of approx. $800.00. Upon accepting the estimate, Taylor called stating they could not obtain the blower unit for 10-12 days and if we wanted it sooner the cost would be between $1200-$1600. They pushed her to replace the entire furnace at a cost of approx. $6500. I conducted my own research and found the blower unit via a local vendor for $400.00. We had another company come to install the unit and learned the main board was bad not the blower. The repair cost us $275.00 for the part and a service call charge. We were very disappointed in Taylor and the scare tactics they used.

We are new homeowners and on well water. The prior owner had a sophisticated filtration system set up including an RO (reverse-osmosis) system. We had both Rick and Alex come out on different occasions to help us answer questions and walk us through how everything works. Both took their time explaining everything to us and provided many helpful tips and tricks on maintenance. We appreciated their patience and professionalism! Both were also very friendly (and patient) with our curious 1 year old who had to stick his head in the middle of everything along the way adding his two cents. Ha!

They did a great job. They removed all of the old equipment and installed the new equipment. The original installation was a pain to change the filter on and looked sloppy. The installation by Taylor is neat and will be much easier to maintain. Before they left, they asked me to do one final inspection to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Wildly overcharged for the work. Tech was nice and knew what he was doing, but they charge on "project base" not per hour. So if you have a relative small repair, you get hosed. On top on it, the tech quoted one price, then handed an online bill that was $100 higher.

We’re new homeowners and needed both the HVAC and plumbing serviced. Alex arrived on time and patiently explained our systems and made good recommendations. He always changed into shoe covers going in the house and left the place clean. Highly recommend.
