Based on a maintenance visit, we were prepared to have a new heat exchange installed; however, the company decided to re-check findings from that prior service. The "second opinion" visit totally resolved the issue. Les was very pleasant, thorough, and professional, and I appreciated that fact that he fixed a problem instead of trying to upsell us on new equipment. Thank you to Les and Taylor Heating for good customer service!

The furnace in my rental house died during a cold spell. Taylor was able to get out that evening and assess it. They had the new furnace installed 2 days later. Very professional and took time to explain everything. Price was fair. My tenants said the crew was friendly and professional.

Had appointment scheduled to do yearly service on Navien combi (5 year contract). Technician arrived without proper equipment to complete service. Canceled appointment and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Received call morning of second appointment and Taylor had to cancel. Taylor wanted to reschedule appointment for second time. Extremely frustrated with lack of customer service. Spoke to GM who was extremely apologetic and stated “we’ll make it right for you.” Told me he would be returning a call within 3 hours and have yet to hear from him. Left message for him 24 hours after speaking with him. After 2 days, have yet to hear anything.

Technician friendly, professional and efficient. Willis was thorough in the furnace maintenance check, had good knowledge of its working and explained this well. Seems to enjoy his job.

Dave came back to check on the work I got a grant for.
Dave was AWSOME from the beginning of the project. He made sure my home was well takcare of. He took his time and my family felt comfortable with him.

Furnace could not be repaired because of age & condition. Service men were very patience & worked hard at explaining & showing why. It was a danger if I tried to use. They helped me find financing & scheduled a new one to be installed quickly before cold weather. As a senior citizen I was impressed with their care , professionalism & efficiency. Would highly recommend.
