Mika did a survey of my home and he was very helpful. I have not hired anyone yet for the job but I would consider them first.

This is my 5th experience with a Taylor rep working at my house- they are always upfront and honest, professional and on time. They communicate arrival via text and it has always been accurate. Cannot say enough good things. 10/10 would use again

Taylor did a really good job. They called before showing up to clean the furnace. First time having it done in about 10 years. The technician came in cleaned the furnace. Made recommendations on changing the filter and the ignitor switch. They gave an estimate for the ignitor switch which we accepted. They came over the next week to replace it. Very professional and well experienced in all things that they cover. Thanks Taylor heating

Taylor came to replace my HVAC System. They were clean, pleasant, quick & efficient. I was very pleased.
Previously, they also had someone come to assess my HVAC system. It was a positive experience. Micah was an excellent representative for the company.

Garrett came to my house late Friday (2/3) night when it was literally 2° and wicked wind and my furnace stopped working.
He was able to get it started and explained everything to me. There was no pressure to buy anything or any scary talk just honest conversation and he addressed my fears and concerns. He was very kind and patient, I was so grateful he was able to come down. He did not do any major work to the furnace as he was able to get it started (Sadly, it died sometime after 2am). I definitely recommend asking for him if you need any repairs.
Zach (GM) was also great to talk to and he did the finagling to get someone to come out as the original tech's truck broke down way out in Marion. He really looks out for his team and customers. I was impressed with his concern for his employee and how he told Garrett he'd cover his Saturday shift if he was able to go out to my house. He also called me today to check in and see how things were going. Very nice...
I also appreciated the call from Andy to let me know they would not be able to get the part they needed today (it was in Buffalo) instead of just coming over and not being able to help me.
Last but definitely not least, McKenna who answered the emergency line (another girl, also... I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) they both had great attitudes and very patient and understanding. Professional yet caring. I was grateful for them, too.

Thanks for everything, guys... I will definitely make Taylor my first call if I need anything!

For over 50 years we have used Taylor heating for all our heating and AC needs. They have also benefited by obtaining at least 4-5 full time customers as a result of our recommendations. All of whom have had their new furnace and AC installed However because Taylor decided to not service our area they refuse to continue with us as their 60 year long customer. They do continue with the town right next door to us (10 miles). Quote from their "Mission Statement", we "evolve to meet the needs of our homeowners"

We had no hot or cold water and frozen pipes on Christmas Eve, eve. From the get go the person answering the phone was so friendly and understanding and helpful. As promised we received a call at 8:30 am and Ben arrived at 9 am. Worked relentlessly until about 3:30. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and poor guy kept finding more and more problems and fixed them all! We had both hot and cold water and many replaced pipes by the time he left and we can’t thank him enough for his great personality and awesome work ethic, expertise and just A+ service ! We are extremely pleased and very grateful! Highly recommend !

Our technician Gary was outstanding. He was thorough and answered my many questions. He also gave suggestions on how to keep the water humidifier clean and even demonstrated how to do it. Thanks for a great experience.

The only company that would come out same day and within an hour of us calling that we had no heat on one of the worst and coldest winter days in Rochester this year. We had heat working again within the hour. Service was quick and our technicians were so friendly. I highly recommend this company!
