My AC system failed and I wrote to Taylor on their website requesting service. The next day a technician was here promptly, they quickly identified and replaced the failed part, which thankfully was a simple fix. They did good work and got us back up and running quickly.

Adam's was the most comprehensive quote I received. The assistance with NYS was invaluable. All the work was done well and quickly. They laughed at my jokes, too.

We could not be happier with the service that Taylor Heating provided. Their people are prompt and very courteous every time we have used them. It is wonderful to have a company that is focused on service! We would recommend Taylor with 5 stars!!!!

My furnace was on the way out unexpectedly, Taylor Heating and Cooling was out to diagnose it on a Monday and then able to replace the furnace Thursday. From the techs to the PM, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and a great help. New furnace is up and running - no issues at all. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Taylor Heating. From Dave who did my energy audit, to Adam who handled the sale, to the 3 gentlemen who did the install work, they were all professional, knowledgeable and willing to do what was needed to get our installation done. I was very happy with they're handy work and they did their best to keep things as clean as they could. Overall an A+ experience.

The guys were great. They answered all my questions. Left my house spotless. Joe was a great help finding a grant to help us with the expenses. All they guys were nice and patient with my dogs. Can't say enough...call them for help.

Taylor knocked it out of the park!!! From start to finish they provided top notch customer service. We had John out to svc our AC as it was not working properly. He was knowledgeable, professional & explained everything to us. He got us in touch w/ his project manager Joe and again top notch. Explained our options in detail, we made our decision and scheduled our install. On installation day Vadim & Allan arrived at our home on time, ready to work. Vadim had returned the next day to finish the installation of the AC unit. Vadim was very knowledgeable and answered any questions i had. After the work was complete he walked me through everything they did. I am so glad we chose Taylor. We are so happy that they are our HVAC team!!!!

Alex, the tech, was awesome- came out at 2AM to fix our heater! Knowledgeable and friendly! (Especially for the time he had to come)
The call service however, was disappointing. We waited for 2 hours in the middle of the night, with my 5 year old daughter in the house, before calling back only to realize they never gave my contact info to the tech the first time! It’s an emergency situation and it was NOT handled as such. And still, $400 later….

Taylor Heating installed a new heating and cooling system and insulated my home. All the technicians were friendly professional and informative. Great work!! Happy Customer 😁

My furnace stopped working on the coldest day (0 degrees!) so I called Taylor Heating. The service technician, Willis, was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything clearly and had a replacement part within the hour. Soon after my house was warm again! Top notch same-day service!
