Taylor did an excellent job as always...installer was very friendly did a great job...been using Taylor Heating for decades.

We had Taylor Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing out to fix our air conditioning. We called a few places and they were by far the friendliest and most up front with general cost estimate AND were available on the same day. They sent a text when the tech was on their way and Brandon arrived about 20 minutes later. He was kind, professional and efficient. He explained what he needed to do ahead of time and after diagnosing the issue explained clearly what was wrong and how to fix it. He was not pushy or sales-y and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. When he was done, our a/c was pushing out cold air for which we are very thankful. They emailed us the invoice and some other pictures documenting how much refrigerant they had to refill and what the pressures were at when it was finished. Thankfully also, they know what they are doing because we thought we needed R22 (which they did have), but turns out our unit takes R410a. If they had just done what we told them we’d probably have a broken unit on our hands, but Brandon knew better based on our model number and made sure it was done RIGHT. Thank you Brandon! Because of this confusion on our part, we called to check because we were worried, but everyone we spoke to was kind, patient and understanding (even though they knew we were wrong and they were right LOL). We also spoke to the service manager who offered to personally come out to double check. We will definitely be calling them next time we need HVAC or plumbing help and highly recommend that you do too.

The entire team at Taylor was professional and responsive to our needs. Our 38 year old furnace finally failed in early March and Taylor was there the next morning to assess and recommend a replacement. The install team was prompt, polite and did excellent work. Our new Lennox furnace is quiet, efficient and warms the house well.

Taylor installed my furnace. Only makes sense to hire them for maintenance. Booked within a 2-3 day turnaround. Mature, responsible 20 yr. old employee was spot on.
