Incredibly unprofessional. I called Jerry (the owner) 2 weeks ago for AC repair and connected with him. He took my number and said he’d call me back when he was done with an appointment. He never called me back. A week later I called back (on a Monday) and he stated he was free to come on Friday and he again took my number and said he would call me on Thursday to confirm the time. He never called. I called him this morning (Friday) to confirm the time of the appointment and he asked for me to “refresh his memory” of my issue. He than told me he was unavailable to come today. Don’t waste people’s time and be professional.

Jerry and his team were very professional and even conducted an initial site visit free of charge. I was highly impressed with their knowledge and felt the entire process from start to finish was painless. Five stars. Would recommend.
