I can’t comment on the work that this company does because they didn’t show up 3 separate times. First appt was on a Sunday and they never showed up and didn’t call or answer any texts/calls. Second appt was yesterday, between 3 and 6:30, my husband called them a little after 6:30 to be told that they got busy and would be by today. They never called to confirm this morning and never responded to my text.

Very happy with my experience. I called to order a window AC and the process was smooth and seamless. Installation was professional and quick; they also came during their scheduled time. I am very happy with the unit I purchased; it is quiet, stylish, and keeps my apartment cool and comfortable. I would recommend to family and friends.

Noel installed Six Mitsubishi mini split units in my house, and two out door wall compressors.
1 - They came on time to give me an estimate.
2 - Quoted me a fair price compared to other quotes I received
3 - Arrived on time to start the work.
4 - Cleaned up very neatly at the end of the work day.
5 - Answered and addressed all my concerns during the job.
6 - Steve was very meticulous and doubled checked that everything was perfect.

These Mitsubishi units are incredible, Super Super quiet indoors and out doors.
Very easy to operate and cool off your space beautifully.

Pleasant experience all around from Noel, the owner, to Steve, Michael and Dennis, the installers. Split system installation was neat and professional. They listened to my suggestions and changed things to fit my personal preferences without any hesitation. Pricing was fair. Would strongly recommend.

Would not recommend. I called for a quote with model numbers needed. Admin asked me to put a list together with all model numbers and equipment. I listed everything and their response was “will not quote” because I did not immediately send a copy of my EPA license (which isn’t even needed for a quote) and they’re too lazy to figure out the kit required for installation. Waste of time. Business must be booming if you’re too lazy to provide a quote to a customer. Can’t imagine paying you $20k and having to follow up on an order.

This spring I needed to replace a very old through the wall unit. It was a unit from one of the higher quality manufacturers. I called the manufacturer's support line looking for a replacement of the same size, otherwise it would be an eyesore as there was no good way to close off a gap in the wall through old vinyl siding. They told me I had to use a new smaller unit and sleeve or would have to put in a smaller AC unit inside the old rusted sleeve. I called Noel, they knew more than the manufacturer ! They recommended a replacement sleeve and AC unit that was the same size/brand as what I was replacing. They installed it promptly, cleaned up inside and outside and took the old unit away for a fair price. Office staff was prompt and a pleasure to deal with.

They showed up and did nothing but told me on the phone if they can't fix it and I bought an air conditioner from them I would get half of the $136.00 they charged me to walk in the door back. Needless to say they couldn't find an air conditioner for me so I am out that money. PS The repair man poked th ex air conditioner with a pen and said it was not fixable. So I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone! They never even called me back to tell me they did or didn't find N air condone for me. I had to call them. Just AWFUL!
