They went out of their way to troubleshoot my issue and do an in depth analysis of the situation. I live in a brand new condo and Daikin who makes my unit were useless. We found the issue to be a design flaw in how they built the apt and unit. KOKA installed 2 additional grates in the ceiling and no issues since.

These guys were fantastic especially Emilian. He informed me of each step that needed to be done to get the best results from my HVAC. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I have tried other company but believe me, they do not come close.

I've now used Koka-Tech for servicing the central air (HVAC) system in my apartment twice - both times in desperate need of service on the coldest and hottest days of the year and Emillian and his team were very responsive and willing to come out when all others said, "no." Koka-Tech's technicians are super professional and kept me in loop even as they tried to source a difficult to find part for my unit. Above all else, they got the job done quickly and efficiently - I can't recommend them enough.

I needed my air conditioning system replaced right before a major heat wave and had a tech on site within 2 hours of my initial call. From the start of the project to the finish, the crew worked efficiently and kept everything clean. I greatly appreciate them working into the late night hours on a Friday night to place my system into service right before a 95f day leading to a week of 90's +.

I hired koka because I was receiving an error message on my nest thermostat. koka came and solved the problem correctly. The thermostat has been running smoothly for over a month. I'm very happy .

My a/c died in the middle of the night on a Friday. I called them Saturday morning. The tech arrived within 90 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and remedied it with no issues. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again if necessary.

A word of advice: if you have any issues with you HVAC heating/cooling system - call these guys FIRST. My experience is that many companies want to do a quick sale, instead of solving a problem or installation that you may have. They were more interested in developing a relationship with you, and fixing things - not afraid of a difficult problem if it is doable. I would, and will recommend them to ANYONE who asks!! Emilian is the guy!
