I used American HVAC. You were great! On the hottest day of the year, my air conditioner stopped Working. The mechanic was on time, the diagnosis took less than 20 minutes. I had the part I needed to be replaced and was up and running in no time. He was extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend American HVAC!

You can totally rely on these people. I've always had bad experiences with HVAC contractors before, but these people have really helped me. My HVAC system was fixed by them in less than three hours for a fair price. I would give them a higher rating if I could.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Josh went radio silent for two months after the initial diagnostic inspection of the HVAC for which I was charged $150 (even though the HVAC was left broken). I followed up for a month for Josh to confirm he has the replacement part. I then waited for another month for Josh to schedule an appointment. He told me three weeks ago that he would schedule a visit to perform the repair the following week but then he went completely silent again. It has been three months since the initial appointment and nothing is done!!!

Mike was our technician and he did an excellent job explaining in detail everything he does and spent over 3 hours working on all 3 of our HVAC units. You were repairing and flushing a drain pipe when you noticed water in the drain pan. He also sent me several photos of the units after the work was completed

I had a heating failure last week. Everyone we spoke to at the company was helpful and friendly. They worked with us quickly. All gentlemen who worked with us were quick and efficient at work. Thank you Mike and Gerardo for the job you did on our new heating system

The repair technician, Kumar, from this company was knowledgeable and friendly, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He took the time to explain the issue to me in a way that I could understand, and he offered several options for repair

I cannot recommend the American HVAC team highly enough. He was exceptionally responsive and went out of his way to fix our air conditioning. We have a 1-month-old baby and we didn't have air conditioning in the middle of Ojai summer. Mark came to our rescue and fixed the air conditioner in no time.
