Rheem had All Systems repair my hot water heater. They were all very friendly and professional. Didn't take long for the technician to change out the broken element. Now my hot water heater is working properly. Thanks All Systems! Y'all are great đź‘Ť.

Going to stick to facts. Failed to show up three days in a row. Third day we’re pacing to be 20 minutes late but I didn’t have the time on the tail end to hang around. No push communication whatsoever and only promises and apologies when I called over the three wasted days. Oh and they badly scratched my floors while installing an AC unit in the past which I honestly had forgotten about.

I don't know if I have the right company...there are probably a lot of companies called 'All Systems'...but... I live in Astoria, Queens and often see a white van parked at Steinway and 21st Ave. It's typically a man and a woman sitting inside the van, lights on, eating food, with the engine IDLING for long periods of time. I don't need to tell you that such vans can now receive severe penalties if they are caught idling, and that NYC residents are now 'making a living' off of videotaping such vehicles and then submitting the video to the NYPD or DOT, and the person gets a percentage of the ticket $ written.

I'm sure you know where your vans and employees typically operate. This man/woman duo clearly cover the area near Steinway/21st Ave, and I guess park here for their 'breaks', which can often be hours long. You may want to rethink this, or your company will be paying hefty fines.

We used All systems mechanical to install slimline units in our house. Cost was over $13,000 for 5 units. Initially we felt satisfied with the original install. Since then it has been downhill. Within a year we had one of our units stop working. All systems sent a technician to our house. Their initial charge was 260/hr. We required refilling of our refrigerant. They had to do this every year. Also during this time we had two units stop working and required replacing parts. Each of these service came with a $275/hr service cost. At one time we were told we needed to replace an entire unit that was going to cost $5,000. This was the last straw. I went to another contractor who replaced all our units and has placed in his original contract that any further repair or maintenance would be no charge (which I feel any quality contractor should do if they feel they do quality work). During these replacement of units I found out that we had a slow leak and is the reason for replacing the refrigerant each year which makes since. Sad that All systems didn't figure this out but that would also mean they would have to admit they improperly installed the units the first time. All in all we gave All Systems over $15,000 and in the end we had to redue the entire project. I would not recommend using them at any time.
Also as a side note one time when we had our unit serviced they sent over subcontractors who knew so little about these units that for an hour and half they had to watch youtube videos to figure out the problem. They obviously didn't find the issue and All Systems had to send another technician.

Sadly I was recommended to All System M by Rheem's customer service. I had told ASM I believed I needed a flushing to my water heater (per Rheems's instructions) and was assured their technicians were familiar with this and knew how to do it. I also sent ASM an email with the kit needed for the job. Instead the technician arrived without the kit, told me he didn't know how to do it and charged me for one hour to tell me exactly what I already knew. Nothing was done and I was charged to much and for nothing. I am in touch with Rheem to make sure they don't recommend this company ever again. And I would tell all my friends to stay away from lying and cheating companies such as this one.

Is it weird to have a favorite HVAC company? If it is, then I'm weird. I love this company so much. Nothing is worse than having a retail store store, or Condominium without heat in the winter or AC in the summer, which of course always seems to happen during a snowstorm or heatwave. ASM has always come to my rescue and continue to do so with the most well mannered beings on the planet. I refer them to everyone and will continue to do so. Love, LOVE, L O V E!!
