Horrible experience with these people.
Both the manager and their clerk have serious attitudes. They basically told me verbatim after missing an appointment that they can’t help me because their regular customers take precedence.

I have never in my life experienced such poor business ethic when dealing with a service company . These people won’t be around for long.
