Hometown heating And air did such an amazing job from beginning to end. My furnace was on it’s way out after 22 years, and after a service call we decided to replace it. Hometown came the next day to install our new furnace and we couldn’t be happier. They were so friendly and helpful - I would recommend them to anyone!!

Highly recommend! They installed my furnace and ac eight years ago and have been doing yearly maintenance on it ever since. They are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Other companies force you into a contract but not Hometown. If you want a small local family company in the Syracuse area call them.

Excellent service! They were able to send a technician within an hour of me calling. I had an issue with my high efficiency electric heater which was leaking water all over my basement. They sent Phil, who was very personable, professional and made this service quick and pain free. He went above and beyond to explain to me the problem and solutions as well as future preventative measures. He performed the job in a very timely manner and went a step further to make sure that this issue doesn't reoccur in the near future. Pricing was reasonable so in the future if there's another issue I'll be sure and reach out to this company again. I'd absolutely recommend utilizing this company for your heading & air conditioning repairs!

I have been a Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning customer for over 12 years. In fact, Hometown installed a new furnace, air conditioning system and hot water heater in my previous home in 2007, and after I moved to my current home, they replaced my furnace in 2017 here, and they are coming next week to replace my hot water heater. Their service has always been fast, courteous and dependable. Hometown sets the standard for quality and customer service in this business.

Work was completed on the promised date (5/20/2022). Technicians were respectful and hard working. AC/Heat working well so far.
