Aled Technologies services many units in our building...over the years they have improved their service and now are very reliable. They have a website where you can book your service. They guarantee their work and If they tried to fix something that did not work, they never charge additional. The service staff that came a few days ago, were polite and efficient. They took off their shoes by the door ( which I really appreciated) and went about their work quietly and efficiently.

Recommended by my building, they came twice to service the same unit. The techs were unable to diagnose the issue. The first time they stated the unit was undercharged and charged it. The second visit they stated that the unit was overcharged and had to relieve some pressure. Unit never got fixed after two pricey visits.

Absolutely the worst company. Worst customer service. Scheduled 3 times and no one shows. 3rd time the appointment is at 8:30 and called back at 9:05 to check on status, was told by owner in the rudest manner that they can not guarantee punctuality. We simply want our AC unit fixed and not paying my hard earned money to this kind of “professionals” who do not understand the basic of customer service.
