Excellent service. They've dealt with all our ice machines, refrigeration, HVAC and beer line cleaning for all of our pubs and restaurants for the past 10 years. The guys are always reliable and they've never let us down yet.

This is the only company anyone should be using for AC Services. They are HONEST. The only Honest company I have found in this area and the 5 boroughs. there are a lot of crooked companies out there be aware !!
I thought I would write this review to save people from being ripped off by the rest. For those of you who do not use Avalon and learn the hard way by getting ripped off by the other companies come back and click like, you are not alone. I will never use another company

Avalonair provides superb customer service. They are very professional, experienced and reasonable. They provide a rather prompt and reliable service. I would recommend any business or consumer to have Avalonair complete all your HVAC needs. Sean is amazing, easy to talk to, very understanding and polite. We went through several HVAC companies before we found Sean and the guys at Avalon. We were literally paying thousands of dollars to companies that didn't show up when they said they would, had no idea how to fix the problem, or would say they fixed it and then would leave us with a huge bill and a system that still didn't work. Finally we found Avalon. They show up when they say they will, come at the drop of a hat and at all hours, and don't leave until the situation is fixed. They are all really nice guys and Sean is a riot. Their prices are fair, too especially since they actually get things fixed. Highly recommend this company if you own a restaurant or business in NYC!

We used this company to fix our walk in box. They did fix the unit the first time and charged over $2500. We had to call them 2 months later for the same issue. The temperature of walk in box fluctuated often even after this "fix". When they returned 2 months later, they claimed there was a water valve blockage that was causing the unit to be inconsistently cooling. When he left the walk in box was in working condition so I signed off on it. I brought someone else 2 days later who merely turned on a water valve to relieve the "blockage". I wouldn't recommend Avalon Air as they are not transparent with the cost of their services & you will have to see them again.

Great installation, knew there stuff. Fast knowledgeable, and lefy place immaculate. Bald guy is a real pro.
