LVV HVAC Heating & Refrigeration

Came home from vacation and my husband noticed rattling coming from the ac unit. He checked and the pan was filled with water to the point of overflowing. I googled AC repair and decided to go with Joe based on reviews and the fact that the company profile said it was still open at 10 pm. I called, Joe answered right away and said he would be there in the morning. While here, he explained what was wrong with my unit. He cleaned out the pipes that were clogged and suggested we get a shut off switch so the pan does not overflow if it happened again. When he was done, he showed my husband and me the before and after pictures and explained the work he did. He did an wonderful job and has amazing customer service. I told Joe that I put in my phone contacts so he's now my AC guy :) .

Great service, sent pictures and videos over the phone, saved time for diagnoses, the fix was quick and heat was up and running in no time. He was kind enough to explain how the whole system works and make recommendations on how to heat more the area which used to be a garage. Highly recommend, very professional and nice

Great guy Joe. Came to my house and went straight to the problem. He also showed me how to troubleshoot a couple of problems to save me a phone call. Unlike other havc workers who tried charging me holiday pay. Because he was so good I actually updated to clean my coils

My A/C unit was freezing up and not cooling my home. Called LVV And Joe said he can be here within a few hours. Joe is very profesional and explained the issue and what he needs to do to get it working again. I highly recommend this business.

Today I was pleased that Joe from LVV HVAC checked out my air conditioning unit and was honest enough to tell me that it was an obstruction, particularly, birds, that were the cause of my problem and that I would not need a whole new unit that could have run me more than 2K. Joe is always willing to troubleshoot and work with you. I will use him for all of my air conditioning and heating needs.

Joe came out today to service our ductless split. He was very efficient and informative. He explained to us how to maintain our unit. I would highly recommend him.
