Joe and David were very professional and courteous. On time. Joe explained what was wrong with the pump. The filters were also changed. Pricing was fair. Will call them again for yearly service and for our other properties.

Joe came and identified the problem. He returned in a few days with the part and replaced it and the unit has been running great ever since. This came after another company came in and tried to sell me on a complete overhaul telling me there were so many problems. Clearly trying to sell me. Joe came to my home to diagnose my central air leak, after he was already off the clock after a VERY long day. For 3 days I had tried to get someone to help me. I have a special needs brother with asthma & animals which would be at risk without AC. I was panicking. I have American Home Shield and, unfortunately, none of the companies that have worked for AHS, were even CLOSE to being as professional, punctual, empathetic or skilled as Joe. My Central Air wasn’t working on the 2nd floor of my house so I called Universe Home Services. The HVAC employee who came to my house was nice and tried to be helpful. He told me all he needed to fix a wire to het the compressor to start working again. However, the Central Air stopped working again 1.5 weeks later. I called them back but they wouldn’t be able to come until 6 days later. I was able to get an appointment with competitor, LVV HVAC, the next day and they were so much better. They ended up sautering, charging, vacuuming, and defrigerating the compressor. This helped the cold air become hot like it’s supposed to be. I highly recommend LVV HVAC and I will be using them from now on because they have a lot greater expertise. I work with Joe and his assistant, Blake, at LVV HVAC. Joe even gave me his cell phone that I could call or text him any time if there were other issues.

I have a unique heating system which isn't typical in the North East, apparently (HTP gas). Another HVAC service looked at it and couldn't diagnose, so I had to look elsewhere. Joe and his team were able to figure out the issue and was able to walk me through what went wrong, why, and how to correct it. Same day service, fair cost, and friendly!
