Great service! My ductless air unit decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year. Joe was recommended to me and I'm couldn't be more happy with his company. He came to the rescue to replace it with a new unit. Having dealt with many contractors, his turn around time & service was the best I've encountered. Highly recommend!!

Called early Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised that we received a quick response. Joe told us he could be out to us by 815 that morning. Joe is our go to guy! He is honest, reliable, timely, professional and always keeps us cool! He has fixed our old until several times and always manages to get over to us ASAP when we call with an issue. He recently installed a new unit for us and we couldn't be happier with his work, the new unit is working better than the old one ever did! Joe was wonderful! We needed 2 New AC / heaters in the middle of summer . He came over to look at them right away . We had to order them but he kept us updated the whole time when they came in he quickly came and installed them. He was professional, experienced and did a very clean job in installing them. I called the company that installed and serviced my AC three times with no response. Joe was recommended and 10 minutes after my initial call I had an appointment and he arrived an hour later. He was thorough in diagnosing my trouble, provided me with specific alternatives while checking everything in and out of my house. He was spot on with what was wrong and had my unit up and running in less than an hour. I am completely confident in his ability and he reassured me he would be back if I had any concerns! WOW! In a panic when I came back from a vacation to find out my heater/air conditioner was not heating the room called several people and all said they couldn’t help me....thanks to a reference from the WI Moms I found Joe...he answered my call within 5 mins and came over to check out my unit long story short it was cheeped to get a new unit then to try and repair the one I had when we added it all up parts, labor, etc. the new unit was cheaper. Joe ordered it and installed it for a reasonable price and we are now comfortable. Joe has a very pleasant personality, easy to deal with, reliable and honest....thank you Joe and HVAC INC
