Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't read their names clearly on the card but I believe it was Rawil and Adnir (sorry if I am mispelling). They were able to figure out how to install our dishwasher when the last company could not figure out our water system in our building. They made it look easy. Thanks again, really came in handy.

Ali from CV plumbing & heating was great. Diagnosed the problem with my a/c quickly during a 90’s plus heatwave. He left to get the parts he needed to fix it & by the end of the day I had a/c. Ali was pleasant, polite & professional.

Chris and the crew were responsive and professional in completing a new office for our that included all phases of plumbing. Came back after job to address a small issue with no problem. . The crew and the office were a pleasure to work with.

I noticed the ceiling in my garage was leaking so I open the ceiling up and it was a pipe coming from my bathroom so this was 3:30 on a Saturday. I called CV plumbing and by 4:45 PM their technician Ali came and repaired the pipe. Then he left and I noticed the pipe was still leaking so I called him back he returned within an hour and a half and he fixed it. I do appreciate that you can call them on weekends and they will come and fix the problem. Plus Ali was so professional

I've called on CV Plumbing several times since becoming a homeowner. They have always provided professional, high quality work. When they say they'll return your call right away, they mean it! I'll continue to use CV Plumbing in the future and was really impressed by the work that Rawil, Mike, and the rest of the team did. Highly recommended!

Couldn't give a better rating, cause they never showed up for me to rate their work. I Called and stated its an emergency . they said they'll bet there . 3 hrs later 10pm they called can't make it. 24-hrs service?

Ture story, elevator version is this:

It's a Friday night, 9pm, I notice a small amount of water emitting from under my 11yr+, 50gal water heater in the basement. I am traveling the next week for work and my wife is pregnant, I do not have time to deal with plumbing contractors or multiple quotes and I need a solution fast (remember, pregnant wife).

It’s 8am the next day, Saturday morning. I called a few plumbers, left messages including CV. Within 15min I got a call back from Chris (the owner I think) of CV. We reviewed my issue, he talked me out of spending more money than I needed (I wanted a to upgrade to a bigger tank) by explaining I could replace my 50gal with the same size and it would be far more efficient. Gave me a verbal quote over the phone, told me he would redo the schedule to have his guy to my house first to perform the tank swap.

It’s 10am, Donald from CV arrives. By 1145p, Donald is done with the swap, install looks great, zero mess and the new tank is already filling up. Donald was fantastic, explained everything as he went.

I could not be more please or impressed with Donald’s professionalism & service. Cannot recommend CV Plumbing enough. Will be using them again for sure. A must use if you live in Rockland County NY. Thank you to Donald & CV Plumbing!

This is the 6th time we have used CV Plumbing over the years and they ALWAYS provide outstanding service! We had a leaking valve in the bathroom that was causing a dripping down to the basement. We called at 6pm on Tuesday (after closing) spoke with someone and they had a plumber here first thing the following day. DONALD was extremely diligent in calling me keeping me posted on when he should arrive. Once here he explained everything upfront and provided the cost prior to starting the job. I would certainly recommend CV Plumbing for any of your HVAC needs.

This is the second time within a short period of time that we had a problem which needed quick attention. What's amazing is that Chris responded faster than we did. First our hot water heater melted down. Chris was ready to install it right away and we had to tell him to wait a day because of our scheduling issues. Now today, our central air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Chris arrived at our home within the hour. He immediately identified the part that had burned out, replaced it and the air conditioner compressor started working again. In the many years we've been using CV Plumbing Heating and Air, we've also had Chris' staff at our home. They are the most pleasant, friendly people that you could want working in your home. All of them are upbeat and professional, which is exactly what you experience with Chris himself. He has built up his team with a friendly, competent work ethic.

Installation was quick and the guys were clean and courteous.
