This is my first google review - felt compelled to share my experience.

We called HH to come look at our broken AC. They agreed to come the same day but then never showed up.

They came the next day. About 5/10 minutes into their visit, we realized that we had not turned the AC on properly (our mistake, it's our first summer in a new home). We paid the fee for the visit & diagnosis, though it felt very steep considering there is was no diagnosis. The technician opened our unit, just to close it again once we realized the mistake.

Two weeks later after a bad rain storm, our AC stopped working. We called a different company to come look at it. Turns out the technician from HH had not closed the unit property - the rain had short circuited the entire thing. New company charged us less to fix our unit then HH charged to "fix". Please learn from our mistakes!

Rude on the phone. Quoted me $100+ to connect gas line to my stove and when I was politely saying it was too much representative hung up on me.
