Maccarone Plumbing & Heating

I’m in the far left lane of the expressway and the blonde female driver cuts me off in their commercial van. Proceeds later on to flip me off. After seeing other reviews, this is not a company I want to do any business with.

Although they showed up after the promised window, the gentleman (Tom) who was here was extremely nice, professional, explained what had ahppened and the fix. All in all felt much better having a professional taking care of it. Would definitely call them again for service.

Over priced, they quote $245 for the service call but then they tell you "it is just to knock on your door". Even if the work is as simple as 2 minute job of opening a valve they will charge you over $350.00 guaranteed.

November 2018, I am 9 months pregnant, called maccarone plumbing for someone to check on my heat. Someone came did service on my hvac, and verbally told me that everything was completed and in working order. I was issued a receipt stating the same.

The following month, as the temperature started to drop, I noticed my heat upstairs didn’t seem to be working. At this point I have 3 week old newborn, and my second floor is freezing. I called them up for an emergency visit, the technician Frank was very kind and efficient and checked the unit and told me the previous technician didn’t turn ON the switch for the heat, and all he did was turned it on. He kindly told me that there is no need to pay for the service call, and no receipt was issued nor did I sign anything. Now accounts payable ROSE 🌹 calls me every other day asking for $275+tax for the emergency call, and threatens to send the bill to collections. When the original error was on their technician for not turning on the heater after it was serviced back in November 2017.

I feel like I am being taking advantage of, and being accused of turning off my own heat with my 3 week old newborn. Such a reputable company nickel and diming for a service call, which I never even signed any paperwork for, because their technician said don’t worry about the service call. Left within 5 minutes of the call.

Got over my skis disassembling my outside AC unit to clean it. Worked with Frank and he went above and beyond. Excellent technician, communicator, and all around great guy! Highly recommend!

i was on the highway the other day and your driver decides to wheel me off the street almost making me hit the person coming from behind me to merge on the highway. you need to review your drivers because honest to god all traffic stopped behind me because one of YOUR drivers was in a rush in heavy traffic and i beeped at him and he still took it upon himself to throw himself into me. disgusting. will change rating if im contacted through email.

I lost my heating on a Sunday, when it was 20 degrees out. Not exactly sure what the issue was because my pilot light was on and working. But Frank guided me over the phone to try a few different trouble shooting strategies. Low and behold my heating started again. He took a few minutes of his time to help me and it probably saved me hundreds of dollars. Thanks Frank & Maccarone!

There swrewed my old mother out of thousands!! I would never use them again, the work was horrible where did these guys learn how to do plumbing! The service office was so all over the place with times and explaining why! I will never even think about using or recommending them to my high profile friends

Maccarone fixed several plumbing problems in the past: sprinkler leak, replacement of valves, replacement of faulty sink faucet, water filter and soap dispenser
In each instance with different technicians they were able to quickly and efficiently correct the problems
Response and quality of work was super!!
Will continue to use the firm for all my plumbing needs
Absolutely recommend Maccarone for any plumbing problems in the future

Just had Travis and James at my house for a few days and they were real gentlemen. I am sure all of the Maccarone crew are nice guys, but shout out to Travis and James for being extra awesome :)
