Always a pleasure to find a trustworthy and professional business. McCarthy is extremely helpful and his employees are top notch. I have used them for my own home and a couple rental properties I have. I am always pleased. He is patient and takes the time to explain any work that needs to be done any options available. Pleasure to do business with and a really nice guy!

McCarthy Heating & Cooling CO replaced my 3 year old furnace and AC yesterday and they were awesome. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable and their installers were great to work with. I definitely recommend them.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioning units and did a good job. We noticed a small problem and called them they sent a technician over same day and he fixed problem. They are very responsive to your calls and their employees are courteous especially Ken he is the best.

I just had my Air Conditioner replaced and this company was awesome. Ken and his team were amazing. They kept me updated on what was going on, worked efficiently and cleaned up their mess. We had the same experience when we had our furnace replaced. Thank you so much for a smooth and quick change out. You guys rock!

After one company showed up to say we needed to replace our entire HVAC system, Ken from McCarthy Heating & Cooling came to give a 2nd opinion. He fixed the problem, and even though he knew we were prepared to replace the system, he said that there was no emergency to replace entire system now. I so appreciate doing business with honest and capable people.

The customer service at this place is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I was told by four different people that a technician would be coming to my business on three different days and no one could give me a solid day and time they were able to dispatch someone out here. Jane, the manager, called me back and said my ticket was closed which it never was because no one came to service anything. I will NEVER EVER use this company again

Zero stars. I called for an appointment on a Monday and was told they could come on Wednesday, and that I'd get a call or email confirming and giving me a window of time. No phone call or email came, but we rearranged our schedules to be home. By around 1:00 that day I called to ask if they were coming. The man confirmed our information and said he'd call the technician. Technician never called. We called again around 4:30-- are you coming? Man said he'd call the technician. Never any call back-- not from the "technician" or anyone! This is how they take care of business... don't use them and I'm actually glad they never showed up. I can only imagine what their work would have been like.

My tech was simply great. He was professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He completed each job quickly and they have all worked wonderfully since then. I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed.
