Brad called ahead to let me know he was in-route, arriving at the agreed upon time. He was friendly and went about doing his work with a sense of personal pride. I've asked him to come back next week to do additional work on a gas line. Great work at a fair price!

From the time Neal came to give an estimate, it was evident that this was a professional, efficient company. They quoted me a reasonable price, I checked, and performed the work on time and efficiently. They performed a perfect job. Don’t hesitate to hire them. They know what they’re doing.

Dwayne and Neal are very nice to speak with, however there was a significant delay in receiving a quote. They forgot about the appointment to come out and give a quote and then forgot to contact me in the 24-48 hours they said it would take to write the quote up. I waited 6 days to ask for them to send it. When I recieved the quote it was approximately $275 more than what Dwayne had mentioned initially. I assume it is a case of the job not being a desirable one and trying to price themselves out of consideration. It is a shame because I really wanted to use them given their good reviews.

Great professional service. After 6 days no heat dealing with Charles heating what a great experience. Diagnosed problem next day had the parts and we have heat! Will only use Prime Heating from now on.

Dianne was fantastic. He explained what needed to be done to our boiler furnace. He had the parts needed and even went and bought a extra part so that he didn’t have to schedule another appt. he was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Will certainly call Prime Heating for checkups and service.

Great experience, showed up on time with fast, efficient, and professional workers. Replaced my rooftop AC unit and cooling coils in the furnace unit. Reasonable price. Very recommended!

We own multiple rental and commercial properties and we use Prime Heating for all our gas & propane heating needs, as well as air conditioning. Only drawback is they don't work on oil furnaces. They've always been fair with pricing, and very knowledgeable in diagnosing problems. If you're in a jam and you call them, they can get someone out to fix the problem when you need it.

We’ve had Prime Heating and Air out a few times and we’ve loved them. Very professional. Scheduling appointments is easy and they are very nice. When we use our home warrenty we specifically request to use them! I would definitely recommend them!
