This company has lost all regard for local service since being taken over by Petro. Schenck used to care about its customers, Petro does not. It's so difficult to reach anyone on the phone who can actually help that it is not worth the effort. Patronize a local fuel oil provider instead.

They billed me for annual contracts I did not ask for. Waiting for an explanation. They keep telling on saying things that directly contradict their website.

Since that time they left the locked gate open (they are the only ones with the code) and a deer got in and eat the plants and damaged the fence getting out. They said too bad you cannot prove it is us in so many words. Limited provider options.

John showed up on time to pump our cesspool and did great professional job. He noticed the cement cap on the cesspool was cracked and needed replacing. Said they would be back next day to replace it. Again showed up the next day, promptly replaced it in 15 minutes. Would recommend this company without hesitation. The office staff was also professional, quoting prices up front. Knew exactly what to expect. Great job!
