Dav and Travis really came through for my family. We appreciate their time and Dave's incredible knowledge for old and new machines alike. Thank you for quality service without the sales pitch I truly appreciate it and we will be useing you in the future. Thank you.

Great service all around. We called and asked if they could come the next day and they squeezed us in. The repairman worked efficently and provided a fair price for labor and parts. He was very knowledgeable and kept his word about when he would show up. I recommend Casale for sure. Thanks Casale! I'm glad for a working furnace.

Called Casale last Wednesday 12/9. My radiators are getting hot, but I have no hot water from faucets. They called me back same day to say they could come out, but I explained that I was pretty strapped for cash and needed to know what kind of cost we were looking at. - they didn't come out. I called back Thursday 12/10 to let them know that I had found the necessary funds, and they told me they would try to squeeze me in. They called me twice at 3:12pm while i was at the dentist with my seven year old, i returned the call at 3:20pm (my wife gets home at 3:30pm) - they told me too late, the tech was already elsewhere)
Friday - heard NOTHING
Saturday - heard NOTHING
Sunday - heard NOTHING
Called them Monday morning at 10:54am (tried to wait on them) to see if we could schedule service... again the same line, we can try to get you in today. At 2:30pm I called them for an update, and they said I was next on the list IF they could get to me. Called back at 3:16pm to be told "if you can find someone else to come out that might be better"

5 days without hot water with a 7, 4, and 2 year old. Now I have to have another company come out and work on the equipment Casale installed.

TJ's Plumbing and Heating already confirmed me for 8am in the morning.

Either Casale's is far too busy with emergency calls... every day of the week...

OR

Casale's office personnel don't really care.

I think it's a combination of the 2 - because I was never given a name, or any opportunity to even be officially put on the schedule during the 5 day attempt.

If you need service - i'm sure they know what to do...

But if you have an emergency that happens to be time sensitive, i'd steer clear.

UPDATE: 12/16 - TJ's Plumbing and Heating called at 8:00am, arrived by 8:45am, diagnosed and replaced the Aquastat before 10am, and now we are up and running.
We are going to be replacing the whole system in the Spring, and TJ's will be getting our business.

Called for a service appointment. Receptionist told me they would get back to me that day. Waited one day and called back.Receptionist told me she hasn’t had time to talk to him yet. Not very professional. DO WHAT YOU SAY ! Concord plumbing and heating came the same day and took care of the issue.

We had a Mitsubishi air conditioning/heat pump installed in the spring. The unit cooled our entire downstairs this summer and we use the heat feature as a supplement to our floor heat now in the winter. We couldn't be more pleased with this unit. The techs who installed it were knowledgeable, fast and professional. Thank you Casales!

Larry was very patient in explaining what I had to do to successfully complete my do-it-yourself plumbing project. The gals were courteous when writing up my parts order. Well done!

Overcharged. Waited 4 weeks for a written estimate. Did not provide one. Was told over phone it would be 2 guys for a day but no materials list was provided. Will not ever recommend them to others.

These guys were amazing! Quality work with friendly attitudes. Thanks for the fine work on the hot water heater and toilet installs. You guys ROCK!

Very Expensive going somewhere else. They charge for every little thing Travel, Equipment, 400$ bill and shower still backs up. They don't have a Gaurantee policy. They will come back but will ask for an arm and a leg.

Great service. Travis was professional, friendly, efficient. Very pleased.
