The people who came to install the AC system were professional and knowledgeable. We also use this company for our furnace maintenance, and they have always done a good job while being personable and knowledgeable about our system.

O'Donnell installed our new air conditioning unit this summer (2017) and did a great job with excellent service. They were the best price from the 4 quotes I got for a Lennox brand unit. They were able to complete the work quickly after deciding to go with them and they're very responsive to phone calls. I've also been using them for heating service work. I'd recommend O'Donnell for any heating or cooling service.

We have been customers of O'Donnell Heating and Air Conditioning since purchasing our home in the Eggertsville neighborhood almost twelve years ago! As a single parent with two young daughters at the time, O'Donnell responded to every one of my emergency calls when our furnace was down in a timely fashion. They arrive when scheduled, are courteous, clean and a pleasure to work with. This season I finally broke down and purchased a new furnace/a/c unit through O'Donnell, now that it is in the teens outside, am thrilled that I did! I would also like to mention the Office Manager, she is very pleasant and helpful with every step of the process, from purchase, arranging for installation and obtaining rebates.

Not a single bad thing to say. Original quote was reasonably priced and the entire project explained. Work was done on the date scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about the system. Works great! Would highly recommend this company!

My furnace stopped working recently which affected my central AC. I called O’Donnell and they sent someone out that day. I was given the option of fixing the specific problem or installing a new furnace. I have already had several repairs done over the last few years and knowing my furnace is at least 25 years old I elected to get the new furnace. The installers came a week later and were very polite, friendly and cleaned up well after the job was done.

We purchased our original furnace with O'Donnell and came back to them again for our new furnace and AC. They were not only best in price but all of the staff from Mr. O'Donnell to Darlene to all 3 of the guys that were here for the install were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us with this large purchase.

Tim and Nick installed my furnace and ac unit last fall my house was 80 degrees when they left and said it might take all night to get down to 73 degrees. My house was at 72 degrees in 3 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the installation and probably were the best service guys I’ve had at my house. I don’t even think they stopped for lunch. I have no problem recommending O’Donnell to anyone which I already have to a good friend who is also happy with there work.

I will first say that my experience with O’Donnell Heating and Cooling was fantastic! I am very pleased with their response time, professionalism and genuine care for their customers. Because they knew I was without heat in the Buffalo NY winter weather they were able to move around some things to get me and my family heat as soon as possible even when it was a busy time for them. I called them on Monday evening, they sent a technician out on Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon I had a new furnace installed and heat restored to my home. The whole process with them was smooth and professional. At every point of contact the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even joking around with me along the way. They were able to explain what happened to my furnace and even showed me the reasons why it needed to be replaced and what furnace would be the best fit for my home. I called O'Donnell Heating and cooling after my 25 year old furnace and AC broke. I had called about 6 other companies for estimates and to inquire what brands they sold. My furnace of course broke on a weekend and to my surprise it was hard to get a hold of companies to come and take a look and give me pricing. O'Donnell called back quickly and not only that came right out to look at my furnace. I knew I needed a new unit it was really just a matter of price and deciding what model to buy. Once O'Donnell was here it was pretty cut and dry he gave me a price, explained his financing, and the timing it would take to get the unit installed. He didnt push to upsell what I was buying or offer a bunch of stuff I didn't need. It took me a couple of hours of dealing with all the other sub par companies before I called O'Donnell back and had him do the work. I am so glad I did they did a fantastic job. His office manager was super helpful too overall it was a great experience. The installation was done on time without any added cost. They worked cleanly, efficiently and were courteous to my family while they were here. They even helps me get all the rebates I could so I could recoup some costs. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs they are great.

Kind, friendly easy to deal with and do great work! O'Donnell installed my furnace and AC unit 10+ years ago. Still working great! Just had them out for a service call to clean and check everything out. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs!
