O'Donnell Installed a brand new Lennox Air Conditioner in, as the old one was very old, and on its last leg. The owner came to our home right away on a Saturday to give us an estimate, and was very willing to answer any questions we had, as well as be sure to give us what we wanted and were looking for. The installers who came in to install it were fast, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend O'Donnell Heating and Cooling to anyone who is looking for top of the line equipment, and service of course. Very happy with our decision.

O'Donnell Heating & AC has been awesome to work with. When we bought our house last year we knew we were going to need plenty of HVAC work, which made us nervous. We called around a bit and got a few quotes, then we contacted O'Donnell and from that point on the process was great.
From the first appointment with Jim, when we got a fair and honest quote, to the installation of our new furnace in the winter, and the installation of our new AC in the spring, they have a been a pleasure to deal with; even the office assistant was helpful in helping us with our rebates. Great communication, great workers, great work and high quality equipment. Can't ask for anything more!

First off I'd like to thank O'Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning for the service that was provided. My old furnace was on it's last leg and they were very quick with my install. The serviceman came to my house very quick and was knowledgeable and friendly. They also installed my furnace right before we hit a very cold week here. The main reason I'm so grateful for this company is because I had another company come over prior to O'Donnell that was trying to charge me over double what I ended up paying through this company. They saved me thousands and I didn't feel like they were B.S salesman trying to sell me the highest priced furnace. Install was very quick and my house has been warm ever since. We had our 22-year-old furnace replaced with a new, energy-efficient furnace, and we added on central air-conditioning. The staff were all excellent! O'Donnell himself came out to give us the quote and discuss our options; the two technicians who removed our old furnace and installed the new units were prompt, efficient, polite, and friendly; and everyone we spoke with on the phone was polite and helpful. The technicians also were very clean, and they finished very quickly (but did not do a rush job). We're happy to keep our money local and support someone who seems invested in the community. There was no overselling and no scare tactics---just honest assessment and feedback. Plus fair pricing. No complaints!

Do yourself a favor & call O’Donnell for all your heating & AC needs! My 21 year old system was on its “last legs”. After getting 2 estimates a friend recommended O’Donnell. Jim was fantastic. He is professional, honest & reliable. His price is fair for top quality products. He won’t pressure or “up sell” you. He clearly is seeking long term customers. His crew was polite, professional & neat. Lennox products & install were top notch. Dawn in the office is friendly, funny & a master at exceptional customer service. Jim will stand behind his products & workmanship & will always make it right; no BS! I hope I don’t need them for a long while; but I would call O’Donnell first for any future needs!

Great experience. When we had below zero temps and my furnace couldn’t keep up, other companies were telling me they couldn’t get out in days.

O’Donnell was out the same day, and the owner himself came out to do the troubleshooting. Jim was a straight, honest guy and they were able to replace my furnace the next day. They left my basement clean, and were professional the entire time. The total install took two hours at a price I found more than reasonable.

10/10 would hire again.

Our furnace blower motor went on our older furnace. Jim answered my call after business hours and came by the very next morning. He gave us a quote to repair and a quote to replace the furnace. I wanted to update the furnace and AC at anyway. He recommended an appropriate system for our needs / house size. The price was also reasonable after incentives.

A few days later, they came on time and did a quality job. They were tidy and very professional. The crew was also very helpful with answering any questions I had. I wanted them to relocate the line set in the basement that was in the way and they did an awesome job on that.

Lastly, they were prepared with the paperwork I needed to get rebates from National Fuel so I did not have to figure that out on my own. Would definitely recommend - the system is working great!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience. My call for service was answered immediately by Jim, the owner of the company. He immediately came and recommended a replacement for my 21 year old furnace with a very fair price. I also get a $500 rebate for my purchase through National Fuel. When asking if I needed my duct work cleaned he said, "don't waste your money" and I appreciated his honesty and non-pressure sales approach. Needed to have our Furnace replaced so we decided to get AC done as well. The owner came out for the estimate and was very easy to deal with. He didn't try to up-sell us on an overpriced system we didn't need and took the time to explain what the units in our price range offered by comparison to each other. O'Donnell offered a great price and threw in some extras that competitors were charging extra for, such as moving the new AC unit away from our deck and patio. Also, the Lennox furnace is very quiet which we're thrilled about, we don't even realize it's running. Our previous unit was noticeably louder. Very happy.
