When they installed a new heater, the transducer was so broken it vibrated the entire lower level apartment and made a noise loud enough to hear in every room. I lost sleep for 1.5 weeks because of this.

Due to their inability to adequately install a heater, I experienced a reduced quality of life as I got about 3 hours of sleep a night. When they came to "fix it" the first time, they "promised" that it would be an easy fix and that the part would be easy to get and could be installed the following day (Wednesday). Upon calling later that night they had informed us that unfortunately it would take until the weekend for them to get the part and get someone to fix it.

Part of *GOOD* customer service is saying that you arent sure if you don't know. I would have been disappointed in the moment, but at least I knew when it would be fixed. Not promised one thing only for them to go back on it, despite the men who came to repair the heater hearing and feeling exactly what it was doing.

This is an essential service especially in December. How are you going to install a heater, not check it, and be on your way? What kind of professional laziness is that? Regardless of them fixing it (bc they should have), it took them 9 days to fix their mistake that could have been easily addressed had an efficiently thorough job been done.

*update* the technicians did come by and address all my concerns with patience and for that I am very thankful. Helpful to know that they DO check these google reviews. Their representative you speak to made an interesting comment when I (a tenant) called stating that I'm "proficient at writing for services I don't pay for." I've been paying rent at this location for 3 years and am *entitled* to an adequate quality of life. Retaliatory comments because of a google review is unprofessional.

They were prompt and did a thorough install job. Cleaned up after themselves. We've had the new furnace a year, and are happy with the install.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice, prompt and responsive. None of that nonsense where you call and have to leave a message and no one ever gets back to you. The guys who replaced my furnace and AC were prompt, professional and kind (one gentleman even put back on the circuit breaker cover I took off and couldn't get back on by myself). Several family members had used this company and were happy with the service and the value, and I agree. Remember that the warranty is voided if you don't do the yearly maintenance though! I do recommend them if you're looking for any HVAC services.

Reliable professionals delivering advice you can trust, quality products and workmanship. In addition to annual service, we had to replace an inefficient furnace and Jim and his team went the extra mile to answer questions, work expeditiously, arrange for removal of the old equipment, and assist with rebates. I am not easily impressed, but this company is definitely a pace setter!

Jim and the entire staff at O'Donnell are always very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I've used them for both a furnace and AC replacement. I have had only good experiences with this company and the people in it. i also appreciate the trust factor. they could have sold me parts and labor time and again but instead provided me with real viable options. highly recommend them for any hvac needs.

We have all seen and heard the commercials "when you call O'Donnell, you get O'Donnell" and they're not kidding. Jim came to do my estimate and was extremely pleasant and down to Earth and was honest and told me exactly what I needed and didn't try selling me anything I didn't. We replaced our furnace and A/C unit at the same time so I was preparing for sticker shock and although, it wasn't cheap, Jim's estimate came in several thousand dollars below many other companies around the area. Jim was running late for my estimate and called ahead of time to let me know and said that "since you are so understanding, I'll do something nice for you" and he threw in a wi-fi thermostat for my trouble. Another convenient thing was the 18 month interest free financing option. We were able to put some money down and finance the remainder which took the "sting" out. The receptionist Dawn was very helpful in setting up the financing and scheduling the appointment for installation. On the day the work was to be done, the two guys arrived on time and even started working on my outdoor unit before I came home from taking my son to school. They were, prompt, polite, professional and they installed everything (new furnace, new central A/C, new thermostat and humidifier in about three and a half hours. We have our central air back just in time for the 90 degree temperatures and humidity this week. I can't express how nice it is to have air again and I'd like to thank Jim and his team for taking good care of us. I would highly recommend O'Donnell, it's nice to deal with knowledgeable, honest people for a change.

Jim and his staff were amazing very professional on time . My sister and I just bought a new home my Aunt Bonnie recommended me to contact Jim and his staff I have no regrets. I would recommend Jim and his staff for your heating and cooling needs.

The owner Jim was available to answer all of my questions regarding this process. I had two furnaces installed at my rental property and he provided great insight and his price was unmatched by any other company I had provide a quote. On the day of installation, I had 4 technicians install both furnaces and everything was started, finished, and cleaned up within 6 hours. Everyone I have spoken to within this company was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. O'Donnell is the first and only company I would recommend to anyone needing work done. I will be using them in the summer to install the Air conditioners on my systems as well.

O’Donnell Heating just completed a new furnace installation at our house. The experienced crew of Tim and Nick was professional, friendly and courteous. Completed the work in a timely manner and explained the operation of the furnace. Cleaned the area up perfectly. While here, Tim also scoped out the AC installation work that will be done in a few months.

To top things off, Nick even shoveled our entire driveway while Tim was finishing up! Above and beyond with that effort.
