O'Donnell Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new AC and heating system in May, 2020. What a big difference in the efficiency and how quiet the new system performed. Last summer, the A/C worked wonderfully. I'm looking forward to the same this summer! I highly recommend them for their professionalism, excellent service and knowledge in heating and cooling.

O'Donnell heating and cooling has done several installations at my home over the last 10 years. The owner, office staff and installation crews are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend O'Donnell Heating and Cooling. They installed a new furnace for us Dec. 2019. Everything about them was professional from the initial visit thru the installation. And we love our new Lennox furnace how well it heats the entire house, not just the rooms closest to the thermostat. Love how quiet it is too. Hard to tell it is even running.

Have been using them since I bought my house in Tonawanda 6 years ago. Called them out because my AC stopped working and they diagnosed it as a bad capacitor and repaired unit for super cheap. Didn't try to sell me on a new unit. Also recently I had them come in and install a new Boiler. They had one of the best prices from the quotes I had. They came in and had the job done in only 6 hours! Their install crew was very professional. Highly recommend if you need ac/heat work done.

We had O'Donnell install 2 furnaces in our rental property, and an AC/Furnace combo in our home. Not only were the prices reasonable, but the installations were professional and efficient. The rental property was a huge job too. It was an old coal furnace, converted into an oil furnace with the huge octopus looking heat vents. Not only did they remove all of the old, ugly vents, but they installed an entire new furnace with beautiful new vents. It looks amazing, and didn't cost an arm & a leg! There have been several times where we needed services on our furnace, and Jim O'Donnell has always been quick to come right out to help us. I highly recommend their services.

In September my husband and I replaced our 47 year old boiler with forced air including AC. We hired O'Donnell Heating. I was dreading this process, I am not a "project" gal! But we knew this was a must have in our new home. Jim was very reassuring everything would go smoothly and recommended a great system. Jim immediately made a favorable impression on us with his ideas during our initial estimate. He was smart and down to Earth and he didn't pressure us. Also the price we were quoted was very competitive. He even came back another time to show me a sample of the floor registers they use to reassure me again. When installation started Tim and Nick immediately put me at ease with their friendliness, knowledge and expert skill level. They went above and beyond.They worked non stop every day, cleaning up thoroughly. They were patient and helpful with any questions we had. They came back and showed us how to set the thermostat. I swear they are miracle workers. The new units are beautiful, and they function wonderfully. I feel grateful to have something this nice in my home. Dawn in the office was also very helpful on the phone during the whole process, it was nice to get a person and not a machine! It was a blessing that we chose O'Donnell Heating. 5 STARS

We had O'Donnell replace our air conditioner last week. They worked very efficiently, had the materials they needed, and completed all work in less than a day. They left no mess and took the time before they left to explain all features. They removed all old equipment without charge and we felt they were priced competitively.

I recently had O'Donnell Heating and Cooling to my home for an estimate and the owner himself came to give the estimate. He was very professional, polite, and on time. After I made my decision to go with O'Donnell a date was scheduled for installation. The crew that was sent to the house was very professional and explained things throughly on what they were doing. After they finished one of the installers brought me downstairs and outside to show me what work was done. He then went over how to use my smart thermostat and how to connect it to my home's wifi. I purchased a new Lenox furnace, Lenox AC, and an iComfort thermostat.

So glad I chose O'Donnell Heating & Cooling to replace my 25 year old furnace and A/C unit. From the estimate (where I wasn't pitched on anything) with the owner Jim to the end of the installation everything was as I was told it would be. The installers were on time, efficient, cleaned up everything.
