I purchased my furnace from Maunz, years ago. I have never had an issue with it or with calling Maunz with questions.
Recently I had some questions about the replacement filter, so I called and it was amazing that they knew what I was talking about from my less than ideal description.
I would definitely recommend them, if you want someone to be there to answer your questions when you have them.

Service was quick, but providers were grumpy and disrespectful. When I asked the service person Larry to please take his shoes off when entering our living room space, he said he had blood clots on his feet so he can't take shoes off. When I offered bags to cover the shoes, he declined and walked around the house anyway. He said he had to adjust the thermometer, and when I pointed out that I could have done, he shrugged and left. Not pleasant at all! Will not use their services again.

Prompt and courteous service. They replaced my old thermostat and got me up and running quickly.
