Fantastic job with my annual a/c service. Highly recommend!

I appreciated his honesty. He didn’t try to upsell us, when others did. We darn near got our A/C replaced, but he did a tweak of the wires and treated it as a quote, so no charge, and no thousands of dollars to replace a unit he was familiar with and saw was running well.

I had them put the boiler in at my house and they did a great job. We had a problem at our business so I called them to check that out. He did a very quick diagnosis of the problem. I would highly recommend using JP Heating.

Decided to replace my old furnace that was on its last leg. They educated me regarding the options available to me for equipment and financing and when I made the decision to go ahead, they were installing a new furnace the next day. Great people to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional, I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling problems.

Long over due review! I cannot day enough about this company, I have had to call Jim on multiple occasions, the first being 4 years ago in the dead of winter when our furnace stopped working. We could not get anyone to come out in a timely manner, Jim agreed to come out that day understanding with a newborn we couldn’t be without heat! Just recently we purchased a new home and quickly realized we were going to need central air. They made sure to educate us on all of our options and at no point tried to sell us on anything we didn’t need. They got our install done quickly and never batted an eye at my 4 year old being up in their business. An honest and trustworthy family ran business, is hard to find these days. However that’s what you’ll get with this company.

They were polite, professional, quick, reliable, reasonably priced, explained everything and showed us what we needed to see if there was an issue that might not actually need a service call. They went above and beyond and most importantly they were honest! Awesome service all they way around.

Excellent experience! Company was very straight forward and very personable during process. Explained all options with reasonable costs associated to work needed. Very thoughtful, very clean in area of work being installed. Explained all steps they were taking and reasons why.
