Adema installed a furnace at the home of an elderly relative some years ago. The install went well and the 2 installers were professional . About two years ago, Adema sent an invoice to my relative requesting a $114 payment for service agreement. I checked the paperwork and there was no warranty or service agreement in place. I told my relative to put their checkbook away while I looked into it. I called Adema and spoke to a rather gruff woman who dismissed it and said it must have been sent out by mistake. Not sure if it was a mistake or a shakedown. I just found the entire incident a little unsettling.

Start to finish, this was as close to a perfect job as any I've experienced. Dan came out and gave me a fast , accurate and fairly priced estimate . He was honest, low pressure, knowledgeable and reachable. Today's installers were on time, fast, knowledgeable, and just nice guys. Thank you Chris, Rich and Mike. They cleaned up after a great install. They made sure any questions I had were answered and gave me an instructional session for my new equipment. I can't give a review on the equipment yet, but the quality of their sales and installation was top notch. Highly recommended.

SCAM! My heating broke and I called them to come out and figure out what is wrong. They told me that I needed to replace 2 parts of my AC unit. The issue is I had another company replace those parts 1 week before. When I asked the technician if he even looked to see if the part was new he said that he “didn’t get a good look at it” he just assumed that was wrong. They are now trying to collect money for the visit. Don’t trust this company!

Adema just finished a large ductless AC installation in our 93 year old home. Traditional, forced air, AC was not an option because we have a boiler with radiators. We got bids on the whole home project from several respected local contractors, and Adema came up with a creative way to do the project that saved us thousands of dollars, with a smaller footprint in our home, that still cools and dehumidifies every room. The project took a team of 3-5 guys a full week to complete. During that time they crew was as professional as I have ever seen. No dirt was anywhere to be found, debris vacuumed up as quickly as it was made, garbage and packaging materials disappeared. Despite working in every room in our home, it often felt like no one was there because they were so quiet and efficient. At the end of the job, one detail was not quite our liking and they quickly scheduled a time to fix it. I am currently sitting in my 74 degree house on a humid 88 degree day and loving it. Go with Adema - you won't regret it.

Best service. My AC and furnace are ancient (33 and 45 years old respectively). The talented Mike R was able to fix my AC to keep it going and it's working great. As a woman I'm always wary of upselling or people trying to sell unnecessary replacements (which given the age of my stuff, I imagine most would not even attempt to fix it). This has never been an issue with Adema. They are honest and give you a great value for the work! I know I'll eventually have to replace and you can be sure I will go to Adema when the time comes!

Adema installed our new furnace about 8 years ago. They were top notch throughout that process. Professional and pleasant. Recently, there was a glitch with part of the new furnace's circuit board. Adema was even more professional and pleasant now than they were back when they installed it. They were incredibly helpful on the phone. They sent out a tech, Andy, who was one of the most kind, professional, helpful people I've ever let into my home. He tried everything possible to diagnose the issue and be sure the problem wasn't a simple, inexpensive issue. After ruling everything out, it came down to the circuit board, which is not cheap to replace. Luckily for us, it was under warranty and the cost to replace it involved a very reasonable amount of labor and service. If you call Adema, your repair might not be covered by warranty, it'd be hard to guarantee that. But what you can count on is that they will treat you and your home with respect and they will take care of your problem efficiently and without unnecessary cost. I will always do business with them in the future and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Adema for several years and have always received five star service. Today this company has truly shown what excellent customer service and integrity should be in the business world. Mike visited our home today and he is a credit to your company. A+

The worker that showed up was on time, polite, considerate of the residents' living spaces, did the job quickly, was clear in what he found, showed me the defective part, and completed the repair in 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the quality of work of this company and would use them again

I was having water pressure issues with the boiler for our radiant floor heating and Jeff from Adema very thoroughly explained how to prevent water pressure issues in the future, discovered a faulty switch and walked me through how to provide my own maintenance on the boiler. Every experience I've had with Adema has been professional, competent and very satisfying. They do very nice work.

We had ductless AC installed by Adema this Spring. It was a complicated job, because I live in an older home with radiator heat. Kyle gave me many many options as to how to proceed, spent a long time explaining all the possibilities and was extremely helpful. The installers were professional, hard working and nice. We have been extremely happy with the system’s performance this summer and also with all the decisions we made, which we could not have done without Adema’s knowledgeable advice. Previously Adema has serviced our furnaces and replaced our scary boiler. Always professional service.
