Quoted me $125+tax to come and diagnose a heating issue but when the technician came, he said it's $475 before parts to diagnose. After 15 minutes, he says he can't fix it but still charged $475. He was here for about 30-45 min.

They were able to arrange a new boiler installation a couple of days later and the whole process when smoothly. Very happy with the service and the company. Would happily recommend to anyone!

The boiler and radiant heating issues in this old house have been a lot to deal with, but the techs at Prospect Park here are amazing! They know all about my system now thanks to their hard work on fixing it. And they're really nice too so that makes things easier for me.

Peter did a superb job on servicing my boiler, very professional, thorough and even flushed our my hot water heater for no extra charge, just because he was already there and it needed it, now that's integrity. We would highly recommend them to everyone.
