New York Ductless

New York Ductless provided a fast and efficient service, with minimal interruption to our day-to-day. They gave us multiple setup options, which allowed us to pick the best indoor and outdoor look for our ductless setup. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. They work around your schedule, and give you a thorough run-down to get the maximum efficiency out of your units.

Was very punctual. Have an exact quote and that is the price I paid. Also they kept the exact timeline how long project will take.

We had several people come to give an estimate for installing a split unit on our bottom floor. Not only was New York Ductless very reasonably priced, but they also gave us great suggestions about the best way to do the job, before we even signed the contract! Also, we wanted a Fujitsu, and they gave us a 12 year parts warranty, which was a great layer of icing on the cake. When they came to do the work, they showed up when they said they would, made sure to do the job as neatly as they could, cleaned up as they went, and made sure that everything was installed correctly before they left. I was incredibly happy with them! Will happily recommend them to my friends whenever they need work done.

NY Ductless just put in a new Fujitsu 36,000 btu triple system for me. Very professional and easy to work with. Very pleased with the install and price. I recommend them at the highest possible rating.

I gutted my house & had Fujitsu ductless units installed (6 total with 2 outside compressors). Igor Sergev was the one I dealt with & was excellent. Very professional & great work. I needed service on one of the compressors after 2 years (because a contractor did something they shouldn't have) & they took care of it & didn't overcharge me to fix it. I was very happy with them & would absolutely use them again.

We'd had some work done by this company a few years back and we were extremely happy with the quailty, price and and overall service. So when the need arose for another install in our new place we called them again. They priced out a new Fujitsu AC Split System for two floors and made suggestions to make the unit even more efficient and affordable. Their price was better than anyone else we spoke with. Once again, the delivery and installation went perfectly and the units work beautifully. And on top of everything else, they gave us a one year warranty for labor, and 12 years for parts! We'd reccomend them without hesitation. Great job.

Alex and Igor did our installation, and it went extremely well. They were done with the installation ahead of schedule and were their work was the best part of had promised to be a difficult HVAC renovation on our condo.
