At Your Service HVAC

Neil and George and their team were unbelievable. They had an incredibly tough job cutting through ceiling to remove a jerry-rigged central air condition unit--badly installed by the developer and his HVAC contractors. They got it without damaging any bathroom fixtures, cleaned it (which had never happened), refurbished it with appropriate safety features (so it wouldn't flood us again) and reinstalled it. Then they dealt with the compressor on the roof. It was nearly a week's work. Very technical, very physical. Their fee was extremely modest for the man hours they put in. I not only would recommend them highly--I have already done so. The other apartments in my building have a similar trap. Central air units with no access. They will all leak one day and god help them if they want clean air in the meantime. However we now have a spanking new unit with a beautiful access panel. Thanks guys!

HVAC were very professional and able to install a new heat exchanger that exceed our hopes in terms of performance. We highty recommend them!

HONEST AC SERVICE. Need I say more? Neal’s guys... George and Tremaine came over and quickly assessed and diagnosed the issue with our rather large and complicated central AC unit. I don’t think there’s a more qualified and knowledgeable HVAC specialist in all the 5 boroughs.
Just hire them, they’ll get the job done at a fair price and they will be completely transparent with you regarding what exactly is going down. Honest, hardworking, good guys.

I hired these guys to service my in-ceiling AC unit. They damaged my tub and my sink. The unit would not run after they serviced it. They kept promising to come back and repair it but would not show up. I finally had to pay a different company to come and fix the problems they had created. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!
