At Your Service HVAC

I looked around for weeks and truly spent time researching companies and prices to dismantle and reinstall three Mitsubishi condenser units from a roof before choosing At Your Service HVAC. Working with Neil and the rest of the staff was a delightful experience. Neil was extremely professional and thoughtful throughout the process. Neil and his techs did a thorough job and were very timely keeping all the appointments. Thanks to Neil and his team At Your Service for a job well done! Neil has been absolutely great to work with-responsive, timely, explains everything he is doing, reasonably priced, stands by his work and does great work!! I would recommend him unequivocally. His is the first HVAC company that we signed a service agreement with in 7 years because we were so happy with the work that he does.

Neil has been great to work with. After a few weeks of having contractors ask for exorbitant amounts of money for things that didn't make a whole lot of sense, Neil came over to look at our HVAC and quickly identified our condenser unit hadn't been properly wired. Another company had just quoted us $1800 to fix it so you can imagine how happy we were when he touched a screwdriver to a metal contact and the heat pump suddenly came on. He fixed it on the spot and we've since had him back to help with some other issues.

Neil and his crew were great. Neil made multiple visits to our home to consult on the project, explain how mini splits work and where they should be placed, and was very patient as we deliberated and changed our minds about unit placement. He was reliable, very responsive (always returning calls and emails) and a pleasure to work with. He and his crew worked hard to swiftly install the units and and were very responsive when we asked for tweaks to ensure that the job was done exactly right. The price quoted was very fair and most importantly they stuck to it without any hidden charges or changes. I highly recommend.

Neal and his company stand out from other HVAC business! What sets him apart is his integrity, honesty, fairness, and deep knowledge and understanding of this machine. He is patient, and explains everything in simple and clear terms. He is reliable and keeps appointments; he lets you know if he is delayed or needs to reschedule with enough time so that you don't waste time waiting for him. He takes great pride in his work. Neil was great and responsive. We had a slight issue with the unit but he immediately returned to fix and we've had no problem with the unit he installed ever since. I'd highly recommend him.

I will also be using him to perform maintenance of the unit so I will update this review when it happens :)

Neil was a pleasure to work with: Super professional from initial consultation/planning to high quality execution. Neil and his team delivered hard work to equip our duplex with new HVAC equipment in hard-to-reach places. Highly recommend. To top it all off, pricing very fair.

We had a radiator that completely broke in the dead of winter. The master bedroom was easily as cold as a meat locker. Found Neil and At Your Service HVAC and they replaced the entire radiator as fast as they could. Not only did they fix the problem quickly they did so professionally and are really good guys. Neil also recommended an electrician for us to fix another problem in the apartment. I am so glad we now have such a good team to call on if any other heating and cool problems arise! These guys are great!

Just when one is about to lose faith in ever finding honest and knowledgeable AC contractors these guys showed up to save the day. Had been dealing with an incredibly poorly done installation of seven mini-splits, which left me with several freon leaks. Neil and his crew were extremely considerate moving around the house and patient in explaining how they were going to go about fixing the issue. Often times one can only hope not be taken for a ride as so called "experts" pull numerous fast ones -- that is not how these guys operate and that's how you build true long term trust and loyalty. I look forward to seeing their business prosper over the years. Keep up the good work

Neil was great. Very professional and helped us fix our old furnace.
He checked everything from top to bottom literally.
He took out the blower fan and cleaned it and even went up onto the roof to see if there was an obstruction in the pipe.
