Shivani Refrigeration & AC

Horrible shop - zero stars if possible. LG assigned them to do a warranty repair on my brand spanking new window a/c. When I called Shivani a VERY UNFRIENDLY woman answered the phone and within 15 seconds she assured me that they would not service my a/c or ANY LG product. Yet they are (were) under contract and taking LG money. Shivani = HORRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid with abandon.

160 dollars plus taxes just to told you what the problem with a window ac is come on that you be part of the repair cost unless the person don't do the job went to another place bigger and 35 that get credited to the repair cost

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. First time did not show up within the FOUR hour window. Second time did not show up at all because they never booked the appointment. Had to schedule a third time and even then they did not seem to care that each time I had to sit home and wait hours for them I lose money because I miss work. I got hung up on more than once. I would not recommend them - I had to use them because PC Richards outsourced repair to them.

They are a Friedrich air/heating contractor. I took the day off and waited for them they came at the range time however they could not fix my unit because they did not bring a ladder to access the unit. They told me they would be back and then the next day they called to tell me they could not service. I wasted a day because they did not have a ladder. REALLY...

We've used Shivani for the three years since we moved back to Westchester to install and service the AC in our co-op apartment. They are 1st rate and I highly recommend them!

The company came this morning and opened the dripping window unit. Rather than giving any constructive information, the response was, It's made in China, it drips. This is a PC Richard contractor, hopefully the cut them off. We have dozens of other ac's that are the same brand that don't drip.

Outstanding customer service. Jessica and Elvina were very polite and professional. Tafari, the technician was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Shivani. Thank you Shivani!!!

Highly recommend! The best customer service ever. They were accommodating, professional and committed to get the job done right.

If you are looking for to be employed by this establishment be aware that as employers they pay very little for the work that needs to be done. Recently, my brother applied for a "helper' position and was turned a way for an unknown reason.

It's clear why PC Richards and Friedrich recommended Shivani Refrigeration & A/C Inc. Friendly staff, on time, considerate, efficient. This is my go-to A/C company. We won't go anywhere else!
