We needed repair on a church air conditioning system. Shepherd Eng sent someone who took care of it within a few hours, after another major company in our area came the day before and said the problem was too complicated for them.

Came home and didn't have heat in my house went on Google and searched for furnace repair Bronx and looked and found these guys. Shepherd ENG heating cooling and refrigeration . Called them up and they showed up at the appointment I schedule . Thanks for repairing my heat.

Hey I Would just like to say thanks.... you guys came short notice and did me a huge favor fixed my boiler that’s wasn’t giving me heat.Right before a company quoted me 15 thousand to replace the one that was broken.One of the guys joked that he’ll charge me 14 kiddingly but they where able to repair the boiler for my building and get me thru this winter.I was good to see young guys that know what there doing.

Repaired my Central Air Conditioning unit. AC was blowing hot air for days now. Thanks for the service highly recommended

oh lord, how they do business when you don't even understand the language.
This guy sounds like middle eastern has very poor English, this guy is nothing than a junk who rips and do the job in poorest manner.
I will not recommend this guy nor i will ever hire them.
This guy has high temper and he will never deliver the quality work.

i had no heat or hot water so i found ShepherdEng on google they came same day quick estimate and fixed my furnace.... great service

Poor service. They do not honor their warranty. Whenever we called,they don't turn up and say it's something elsewhere
