Aaron came by a couple weeks ago and was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He helped get us up and running again.... will definitely be calling Air Wave again!!

They are suppose to pickup my air conditioner in between for pre-season cleaning. They were schedule in between 9am to 12pm. They did not show up in between 9-12 and no call. After that, they do not come at all.

rude, aggressive, unprofessional, not careful with furniture and windows. Scary

Came twice (later than promised) and couldn't figure out how to swap out my air conditioners.

I thought the staff was courteous & knowledgeable.
