Very pleased with the work done by Owner, we had a water heater installed. Crew was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough during the installation process. Would highly recommend this company and would use for any future HVAC projects.

The boiler in my museum died. I gave Lou a call and after his appointments were done he met me to go over our needs. He gave me an idea of costs involved and a few choices of furnaces that he could install based on our usage and square footage. I decided on our unit and after signing the contract had a working system including new ductwork 2 days later. A few years after the installation, we had an issue and they came the same day to fix it. It’s nice to be able to work with good neighbors.

I have been trying to get my A/C repaired for months. I had couple no shows and two other technicians that basically came, took service fee and I never heard from them again. NY Boiler and Air conditioning is the only company that I felt hopeful with from the initial phone call. They were professional and courteous and for the first time I felt like the job would be done.
My technician Wilfred Diaz did not disappoint either. He was on time for appointment and was very pleasant. He checked everything thoroughly to make sure he knew what was the problem and he explained everything he was doing which I truly appreciated. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Top notch quality! Had A.C. Install. Was worried about dust and dirt from the cutting in the ceiling. NO MESS AT ALL!! Oscar, Mario and Luis were knowledgeable and professional. Their helpers were hard workers. I had 4 other estimates. I chose them because of Luis who came out to explain the job. I felt comfortable with him and the price was just right! Reasonable! NY Boiler & Air Conditioning Repair crew came to my house with short notice on the first really hot day of the mat 24th weekend. They gave me updates on when they would arrive so I could plan my day, then they diagnosed, repaired and did maintenance on my ac unit. They had the replacement parts in their well-stocked van, and my ac was running again the same night. Really professional and friendly.

Luis and his whole team were the best! Quick service, reasonable pricing, and very professional demeanor!

I woke up 9am on a Saturday morning to find my water heater leaking, so I called around to different plumbing repair companies.

The first company I contacted quoted me $450 just for a house visit because Saturday was "outside of business hours," and their representative would not even tell me over the phone how much it would cost to replace the water heater. They also said that a plumber would not be able to get out to my house until 2 or 3pm and that if I confirmed the house call, my credit card would immediately be charged, no refunds.

Meanwhile, the representative from NY Boiler & Air Conditioner Repair said they could get a plumber to me by 11am and the visit would only cost $200, moreover, I would only be charged at the end of the visit and those $200 would be folded into the cost of repairs if I choose to follow with their plumber's repair suggestions. Much more reasonable!

Luis showed up quickly, and stayed in contact with me throughout the day while he went on the hunt for a replacement tank made by the same manufacturer. I understand it's hard to get ahold of a supplier on the holiday weekend between Valentines Day and President's Day, but Luis didn't want to settle for the Home Depot brands because they have a shorter shelf life, which I really appreciated.

By the evening, I had a new water heater, same brand as my old one, and the whole thing was affordable. I couldn't be happier, thank you!

Amazing, timely, punctual, friendly, and reasonably priced. Called after midnight on a Saturday night and they guy called back immediately and arrived within the hour.
