Bought and installed top-of-the-line Lennox furnace 2 years ago, under pressure as my old one was toast. From day one, I've complained about a "rattling" noise in the the secondary heat exchanger. Numerous call-backs have all deemed the problem as "normal", even though I (not them) found the furnace had been installed (pitched) wrong. Both Sunbeam and Lennox have no interest in acknowledging or correcting the noise. There must be HVAC people who truly understand the equipment they sell and have enough leverage with the manufacturer to get problems resolved.

Mohammad and Justin did an outstanding job this morning. Where very polite took their time and ensured everything was working great. Highly recommended.

I love my new furnace, workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Teleone lineman did work in my son's back yard and left a mess including a razor knife on my granddaughters play set, they could learn from sunbeam. Workers called and said they could come early if I'd like and being I had no heat and it was 25 degrees outside I was very happy. Thank you

I recently had a whole house humidifier installed and immediately noticed the difference. If you suffer from sinus problems due to dry air generated by your heating system, then this is the way to go. The Technicians (Gur and Jacob) arrived at the assigned time and were professional, courteous, and highly informative. Kudos!
