To truck drivers: DO NOT come to this place. People here dose not care about your time. I have been here since 6 am and now its 10 am ( 05/31/2023) and they still have not unloaded 8 pallets. And the reason is because they care about their sells more than your time, you are not Important. The African American guy ( don’t his name or job title) will speak to you with condescending and slow tone as if he speaks to some kind barbarian. They service their customer but not the trucks they receive the load from at the first place. Disgusting and will never come here !!!

I need tech support for an older carrier furnace. My customer wanted to add a cased coil. All I needed was info for sizing. When I talked with WALTER his main concern was to degrade my knowledge of the industry and give a hard time. He did give me the data I required but after he made himself feel important. Very very poor customer service.
