I needed a reliable plumber asap to look at my tenant's hot water heater . Called Tim late on July 3rd and on July 4th at 930 am he met me to check hot water heater. I was in total shock when he was promptly there. Water gushing all over my basement. He replaced it in little over an hour and charged an extremely reasonable price. Very knowledgeable man, knows his stuff, polite and on his game. HIGHLY recommend!! Oh and fixed tenants toilet also! Haven't had service like this in 30 years. Definitely not from this planet but where ever he's from they make great plumbers!

I called on a Sunday afternoon not expecting to get anyone out until Monday morning. Tim answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He was nice, got to the root of the issue, and was very very reasonable. Last time we called a chain Corp who charged us 5 times what Tim did. Thanks Tim!!

Tim's a good professional plumber. When I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a backyard hose bib for our anniversary, Tim was able to schedule around my hectic work week on short notice. He showed up ahead of time and and completed the work quicker then expected. Would hire again.
