Santa Fe Express Plumbing & Drain

They we’re very professional when making the repair to my heating system. Very quick service and because I had a brand new pump on hand they did not charge me for the removal and replacement service. They did the install quickly. My system is off warranty so I did not expect to receive the service free. I was very appreciative of them.

I’ve been calling Santa Fe Express Plumbing for a few years now and they’ve always been prompt, professional, and above all—fair. I’ve never been upsold on something I don’t need. They are honest and knowledgeable. They’ve done several jobs in my home and I recently started using them at my place of business, as well. I can’t recommend them enough.

My wife called these guys two days ago (on a Saturday) with an emergency "leak" -- more like a firehose in the kitchen, but I digress -- and SFEP was very responsive, gave some advice over the phone and promptly showed up about an hour later. Now, having averted a complete disaster, and then proceeding to install a dishwasher (and not at all a "standard" install) during the same unscheduled visit, I am convinced that Fernando is the best plumber in the country -- I wouldn't think about using another company for all things plumbing and hearing in the future for any reason whatsoever. Thanks SFEP, you guys are hands-down the best in the business!
PS - If you find some guy on a youtube video telling you it's "easy", no matter what IT is... Call these guys instead... Trust me. Ask me how I know?

I had my heater motor go out. Called all over town and no one was available. When I called they had set an appointment the same day arrived on time, affordable, very professional, polite, and an all around dedicated to excellence. Thank you so much Santa Fe express plumbing and heating.

Plumber was great. He showed up on time and was able to get my heater fixed and working. All it need was a sensor. Had another company come out and say I needed a new heater, luckily it got a second opinion. Highly recommend you to use company they are very good.

Today February 15th, 2019 Robert and Ignacio came to my home to replace a boiler. They turned a major problem my home with no heat into a minor thing. They were very prompt and thorough. But most of all very honest. I would have these guys do repairs on anything plumbing in a heart beat. No question. I highly recommend.

After contacting Santa Fe Express Plumbing and Drain for a yearly heater maintenance call, a need for a water heater was made. With both service calls I am extremely pleased. These guys know exactly what needs to be done. They are extremely professional, neat, clean etc. AND they were able to work with my schedule and availability. I will definitely be calling them for ALL my future plumbing and heating needs.
